Registration Form Please complete this online form in order to register your child for a place here at Stockton House School, this will then be subject to a £90 registration fee in order to secure your childs place. If you would like to arrange a show around prior to completing this, please contact the office on 07487 573682 or office@stocktonhousepreschool.co.uk, where our Early Years Manager will be happy to give you a tour or the pre-school including our large outdoor play area.
