Job Opportunity: Early Years' Practitioner Role (Level 3 or higher)

We are looking for a part-time Early Years' Practitioner to join our dedicated team working with 3-4-year olds at Stockton House School.

Based in a large Victorian manor house and set in acres of mature grounds, Stockton House School offers a unique working and learning environment, both inside and out, to enable each and every child in our care to achieve their full potential and receive the very best in Early Years’ education.


Essential Job Requirements:

  • Experienced Early Years’ Practitioner; and

  • A full and relevant Level 3 (or higher) qualification in Childcare


Desirable Job Requirements:

  • Paediatric First Aid;

  • Safeguarding Children Level 3.


Daily Duties:

  • Work together as a team

  • Plan, prepare and deliver the Early Years’ foundation stage through in-the-moment planning

  • Act as keyperson to a small group of children

  • Work closely with parents and outside agencies

  • Assist with lunch duties on a rota-basis

  • Engage in both indoor and outdoor play

The scheduled working hours will be term-time only, approximately 21.75 hours per week over 4 days (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday PM only and Friday).
