Stockton House School's Sports Day and Summer Fayre
Friday 29th June 2018
Our annual Sports Day is being held in the morning of Friday 29th June 2018. Kindergarten children not normally in on Fridays need to be in school by 09:15am for a 09:30am start and Nursery children (not normally in on Fridays) must be in by 10:15am for a 10:30am start. If your child is normally in on a Friday then just bring your child in at 08:45am as usual. Children who are NOT normally in on a Friday need to be accompanied by an adult at all times. All children need to be wearing appropriate attire for a sports day, a hat and also have sun cream applied before coming to school as it is going to be a HOT day!
The Summer Fayre will start straight after Sports' Day, running from 11:30am - 2:00pm. Tickets for Mad Academy as well as the raffle are still available so you can purchase these on the day. Everyone is welcome to the Summer Fayre to do please bring along family and friends to enjoy the activities and refreshments on offer
Important: Parking in the main car park will cease at 09:15am. You cannot drive up the main driveway after this time without prior arrangement. After that time, please park in the school grounds off Waverley Avenue. Looking forward to seeing you there!
Over the last couple of weeks we have been fortunate (thanks to FoSH) to have had 10 chicken eggs from Living Eggs (www.livingeggs.co.uk) which over the first week all hatched and we have had the chance to hold and look after the chicks and watch them grow.
A great morning was had by those children who came in. Fun in the classroom then off outside to play in the snow. Snack-time was a special treat menu consisting of toast, baked beans or jam, special biscuits and a cup of nice warm hot chocolate
Tuesday 13th December 12pm - 2.30pm
Parents/Carers come and support the School's Christmas Market this year. There will be lots of stall holders selling their which include craft items, beauty, gift wrapping and playdough.
